Capstan Lathe- 25 G
CL –G Series capstan lathes integrated with two speed reduction gear box with turret head axis vertical is specially designed for batch Production of small components & secondary operation it is a suitable machine for turning,drilling,facing,grooving,threading ,reaming ,boring,recessing etc.With semi skilled operator.
Salient Features-
1. Hardened & Ground steel spindle.
2. Spindle run out maximum of .01 mm.
3. Turret indexing with in .015 mm
4. Threaded spindle nose suitable for chuck and fixture
5. Dead lenth collet Mechanism suitable with ‘A-25’ Traub type collet for CL-25 G, HMT-32 Manhurian type for CL-32G abd A-42 Traub type for CL-42G Specification.
6. Cross slide with two tool posts having independent stops.
7. Well ribbed and hand scraped bed.
8. Friction disc clutch operated two speed gear box for quick change to slow/fast.(Total number of speeds available-six.)
9. Replaceable parts are interchangeable.
